Chris Jackson - Bio

Chris Jackson – COO of Gray Line Supply & Systems Builder

Chris Jackson is the COO of Gray Line Supply and the architect behind a tightly integrated network of businesses spanning packaging, toys, e-commerce, automation, and AI. With decades of experience across networking, software, logistics, and backend infrastructure, Chris designs connected systems that operate across both physical and digital layers.

Where it Started

Chris grew up surrounded by technology and systems. His family, who had personal ties to Steve Jobs, introduced him to early Apple hardware — starting with the Apple II and Apple IIe. As technology advanced, Chris was given a NeXT machine to work on — running what would later become the foundation of macOS X, built on the Mach kernel, Objective-C frameworks, and a Unix core that still powers Apple systems today.

While still a college, Chris gained early access to enterprise systems like AT&T 3B2 BSD Systems, Sun Microsystems, DEC systems, and other Unix systems — laying the groundwork for his lifelong approach to full-stack system design and real-world operational automation.

The Business Ecosystem

Today, that foundation powers a group of interconnected companies, each designed to operate together and scale intentionally:

  • 📦 Gray Line Supply – Lifestyle Packaging, Custom Design, Sourcing: jars, tubes, labels, and bags!  If you can imagine it, we can make it!
  • 🧸 SoftPlayStore.com – Modular soft play equipment and inflatable hoppers
  • 🦆 DuckingWorld.com – Jeep ducking toys and rubber duck collectibles
  • 📦 Pack.Supply – Warehousing and fulfillment for toys and soft goods
  • 💬 Kush.Chat – AI chat systems for cannabis compliance and automation
  • 🤖 Daneel.online – AI assistant platform with long-term memory and decision support
  • 🧠 Neurion.systems – Cloud automation pipelines and backend infrastructure, legacy systems and licensing.
  • 🛠️ MyTech OKC – Legal IT infrastructure and managed tech services
  • 🌐 Scissortail Industries (HK) – Global sourcing and export coordination through Hong Kong

Systems Thinking Applied

Chris has always approached business like a systems engineer. His current development work includes pricing engines, tracking systems, AI memory structures, quote systems, and fully automated backend pipelines. Much of his code operates silently across his companies, making real-time decisions across freight, sourcing, and sales with minimal human overhead.

ioDOCS + Daneel: The Automation Layer

At the core sits ioDOCS.net, where his custom APIs, Database, JS, pricing logic, and automation tools are built and deployed. Daneel — his cognitive AI assistant — layers long-term memory and learning models over this foundation to automate operations across multiple business units.

From Early Internet to Global Sourcing!

Chris was part of the original team behind ioNET.net, one of Oklahoma’s early internet providers, formed from the merger of Internet Oklahoma and Johnson Computer. That work, combined with his early exposure to networks, servers, and enterprise systems, built the technical foundation he applies today across factories, freight, and automation pipelines.

Through Scissortail Industries and direct factory relationships in China and abroad, Chris oversees global sourcing across multiple product lines — including Gray Line Supply, cannabis packaging, Life Style Packaging and Spirit Gear. Soft Play Equipment, Children’s toys, plastics, glass, and custom printed materials — working directly with factories and suppliers throughout China. He manages product development, compliance certifications, ASTM and CPSC lab testing, and full regulatory documentation for both U.S. consumer safety and cannabis state compliance. On the logistics side, Chris negotiates ocean freight contracts, container consolidation, port routing, rail transport, and domestic distribution, handling both international movement and last-mile fulfillment. His supply chain operation runs end-to-end — from raw factory production through to retail delivery across multiple business units.
